Financial: Audited statements (last 3 years), ITRs, bank statements
Operational & Infrastructure: Training center lease/ownership, layout plans, list of equipment, trainer resumes
Declarations & Affidavits: As required by NSDC

NSDC Registration Process

  1. Training Provider Registration: Create an account on the Skill India Portal, complete NSDC registration form, and submit initial documents.
  2. Training Centre (TC) Setup & CAAF Submission: Create TC profiles, submit Centre Accreditation Application Form with infrastructure, trainer, and course details.
  3. Scheme Application & Physical Inspection: Apply for schemes like PMKVY; undergo physical inspection by NSDC-appointed agencies.
  4. Training Centre Accreditation: SSC reviews inspection report and grants full or conditional accreditation.
  5. Final Affiliation & Certificate: Receive NSDC Registration & Partnership Certificate to operate under Skill India Mission programs.

NSDC Registration Certificate

The NSDC Registration Certificate verifies your status as an authorized training provider under government-backed programs like Skill India and PMKVY. It includes:

  • Registration number
  • Affiliated SSC
  • Validity period

Accessing the Certificate:

  1. Log in to NSDC Partner/SMART portal
  2. Navigate to ‘Documents’ or ‘Certificates’
  3. Download the certificate in PDF format

Checking Status Online:

  1. Visit NSDC Partner Portal
  2. Click ‘Check Application Status’
  3. Enter application reference or registered email
  4. View status: “Under Review,” “Approved,” or “Action Required”
