Welcome to Tax Pal Solutions Private Limited . These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services.   • “Services” include tax filing, GST compliance, bookkeeping, accounting support, financial planning, consulting, and any related advisory or documentation services.

  • “Platform” refers to our website and any digital communication channels used for service delivery.

3. Services Provided

We provide professional tax and financial services based on information and documents you submit.

3.1 Scope of Services

The specific scope, timeline, and fees for Services will be communicated to you via proposal, invoice, email, WhatsApp, or engagement confirmation.

3.2 Service Accuracy & Reliance

We strive for accuracy and compliance. However, our work relies on the completeness and correctness of the information you provide. You remain responsible for reviewing final filings, returns, and submissions before approval and/or submission.

3.3 No Guarantee of Outcome

Tax outcomes such as refunds, liability amounts, notices, or assessment results depend on government rules and your financial facts. We do not guarantee any specific result.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law to use our Services. If you are using Services on behalf of a company or another person, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Accurate & Timely Information

You agree to provide complete, true, and up-to-date information and documents required for filings and compliance. Delay or inaccuracy may impact timelines, outcomes, or legal compliance.

5.2 Cooperation

You agree to respond promptly to our queries, approvals, and document requests needed for on-time service delivery.

5.3 Account & Credential Security

If you create an account or share login credentials, you are responsible for keeping them confidential. You are liable for all activity done through your account or with credentials you share.

6. Fees & Payments

6.1 Payment Terms

Fees are payable as per the agreed proposal or invoice. Unless stated otherwise, payment must be completed before we begin the Services.

6.2 Taxes on Fees

Applicable GST or other taxes will be charged as per Indian law.

6.3 Late or Non-Payment

We may pause or stop Services if payments are delayed or unpaid.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on the status of service delivery:

  • Before service initiation: A refund may be issued after deducting payment gateway/administration charges, if applicable.

  • After service initiation: Refunds are generally not available because professional time and resources have been allocated.

  • Exceptional cases: Any refund after service initiation is solely at the Company’s discretion.

We may also cancel an engagement if required documents or cooperation are not provided within a reasonable time.

8. Use of Third-Party Platforms

Some Services require use of third-party systems such as the Income Tax Portal, GSTN, banks, or cloud tools. You acknowledge:

  • Their functioning and downtime are outside our control.

  • You are responsible for maintaining valid access/credentials to these platforms.

  • We are not liable for any third-party errors, delays, or policy changes.

9. Confidentiality

We treat your financial and personal information as confidential and use it only to deliver Services, unless disclosure is required by law or you authorize it. Confidentiality obligations also apply to our staff and approved service partners.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, logos, text, materials, and Service deliverables (excluding your own documents/data) are the intellectual property of Tax Pal. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any material without our written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Tax Pal will not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profit, goodwill, or business opportunities

  • Penalties, interest, or losses arising from incorrect/incomplete information provided by you

  • Delays caused by third-party systems or government portals

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Tax Pal harmless from any claims, penalties, losses, or legal actions arising due to:

  • Your breach of these Terms

  • False, incomplete, or misleading information/documents provided by you

  • Unauthorized use of your account or credentials

  • Illegal or non-compliant activity connected to your data or instructions

13. Termination or Suspension

We may suspend or terminate Services immediately if:

  • You breach these Terms

  • You misuse the Platform

  • You provide fraudulent or unlawful information

  • You fail to pay fees or cooperate in service delivery

Upon termination, any outstanding dues remain payable.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
If a dispute arises, parties will first attempt to resolve it amicably. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute will be referred to arbitration in India under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration will be [Insert City, India], and proceedings will be in English.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on our website with the updated date. Continued use of our Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
